* Formation supérieure en informatique, gestion, industrie ou expérience pertinente équivalente.
 * Connaissance d'un environnement ERP ; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O constitue un avantage.
 * La connaissance de Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement et Dataverse est un atout.
 * Capacité à gérer des projets de manière autonome.
 * Des connaissances en SQL, BPMN, flux de données et/ou master data industrielles constituent des plus.
 * Excellente maîtrise du français et anglais professionnel.

## Description

* Participer à l'administration et au paramétrage de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Assurer le lead technique du CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement et contribuer au paramétrage de Dataverse.
 * Participer à l'intégration et à l'évolution des solutions ERP, CRM, TMS et EDI.
 * Analyser les besoins des différents départements et traduire ceux-ci en solutions applicatives adaptées.
 * Gérer des projets IT de manière autonome, du cadrage à leur mise en œuvre.
 * Veiller à la performance des applications, à la qualité des master data et à la documentation.
 * Accompagner les key-users dans l'utilisation et l'adoption des différents outils.
