## About the Role

* Degree in engineering, preferably in mechatronics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline.
 * Good understanding of mechatronic systems and engineering fundamentals.
 * Basic knowledge of control systems, structural dynamics, vibration, acoustics, or high-voltage systems is an advantage.
 * Experience or a strong interest in programming and test automation.
 * Familiarity with sensors, instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial test equipment is desirable.
 * Previous experience in a testing, validation, laboratory, or R&D environment is an asset.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of structured root-cause analysis methods.
 * Proactive, organised, and improvement-oriented mindset.
 * Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
 * Clear communication skills and a good command of English.

## Description

* Operate and develop advanced test rigs used to evaluate the performance, behaviour, and reliability of complex mechanical and mechatronic systems.
 * Take ownership of assigned test equipment, including daily operation, routine maintenance, upgrades, calibration, and efficiency improvements.
 * Prepare, configure, and execute test campaigns in accordance with technical requirements and safety procedures.
 * Analyse operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
 * Develop and improve automated test sequences using industry-standard control, measurement, and data-acquisition platforms.
 * Work closely with test engineers, system engineers, operators, and other R&D stakeholders to optimise testing activities.
 * Support the installation and integration of sensors, instrumentation, control systems, and test equipment.
 * Develop tools, procedures, and technical documentation to standardise testing practices.
 * Define and monitor relevant KPIs to improve test quality, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
 * Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of the testing environment.
