## About the Role

You bring the following qualities & experiences to the role:

 * A deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
 * A minimum of 2 years of experience developing AI-driven applications or systems.
 * Strong foundation in software design principles; Proficiency in Python & SQL is a must.
 * A solid understanding of core machine learning techniques and how to apply them pragmatically in production settings.
 * Familiarity with modern generative AI and agentic approaches, including retrieval-based systems and LLM orchestration patterns.
 * Experience deploying AI systems into production, with a solid grasp of model lifecycle management and cloud-native deployment practices.
 * Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a solid understanding of cloud-based AI and data workflows.
 * Front-end experience is considered a plus.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
 * A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset: able to translate business problems into technical scopes and help AI solutions land, with a focus on product thinking and real business value.
 * Fluency in English and Dutch.
