You not only focus on the technical aspects of the work at hand but also have an eye for the broader picture. Besides that, you are curious about how others are doing, bring sharpness to the discussion and challenge your colleagues. Open-Source software must trigger you and AWS/Azure are familiar to you. It's nice if you're Full Stack, but the focus will be on Front End. Knowledge of the Backstage open-source framework is very much welcome. Hard skills in general: + CI/CD setup, monitoring, infra as code + Document database such as AWS DocumentDB or similar + AWS cloud infrastructure (AI Gateway, Lambda) + Azure DevOps + REST API Integration + Authentication & Authorization (Oauth, JWT, OpenID) + Playwright testing.
