 * Kenntnisse in Skripting / Automatisierung (Bash, Python, Go von Vorteil), in Virtualisierungstechnologien, in Hochverfügbarkeits- und Clusterdesign sowie Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Ingress, Firewalls, DNS)
 * Erfahrungen in "Infrastracture as Code"-Technologien (z.B. Ansible, Terraform) mit regulierten Umgebungen, mit Storage-Systemen in Kubernetes sowie im Bereich GitOps oder Konfigurationsautomatisierung
 * Zertifizierungen (CKA, CKAD, CKS) sind ein Plus
 * Teamgeist, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Betrieb kritischer Systeme, Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien und Projekten sowie Freude am Einsatz von Open-Source-Tools

## Description

* Konzeption, Aufbau und Betrieb von On-Premises Kubernetes-Umgebungen sowie Automatisierung von Infrastrukturprozessen mittels IaC-Tools
 * Entwicklung und Betreuung von CI/CD-Pipelines, Monitoring, Logging und Alerting der Plattform sowie Network Policies, Service Mesh, East-West-Traffic-Optimierung
 * Sicherstellung von Hochverfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Resilienz der Containerplattform
 * Integration neuer Services und Microservices in die Kubernetes-Umgebung sowie Troubleshooting und Performance-Optimierung in komplexen Clusterumgebungen
 * Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie RBAC, Secrets Management, Netzwerk-Policies, Image-Scanning
 * Integration und Betrieb von Bare-Metal Storage-Lösungen für Kubernetes, Verwaltung von CSI-Treibern und verteilten Speichersystemen sowie Lifecycle-Management von Kubernetes-Clustern und zugehörigen Systemkomponenten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, um DevOps-Praktiken zu fördern sowie Dokumentation, Erstellung von Betriebskonzepten und Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards
