## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management oder Lizenzmanagement sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse eines marktüblichen SAM-Tools
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse der Softwarelizenzierung sowie Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen, APIs und Automatisierungslösungen
 * Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Datenbanken, IT-Infrastrukturen sowie BI-, Reporting- und Analysewerkzeugen (z. B. SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und Customizing von CMDBs sowie Kenntnisse von Datenmodellen und CI-Strukturen
 * Verständnis von ITIL-Prozessen, insbesondere Configuration-, Change- und Asset Management
 * Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens B2-Niveau)

## Description

* Betrieb, Konfiguration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Software-Asset-Management-Tools (SAM) einschließlich Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
 * Unterstützung der Fachbereiche und Hauptanwender durch Customizing, Reporting, KPI-Einrichtung sowie Benutzer- und Rollenmanagement
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Updates, Upgrades und Systemanpassungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu Inventarisierungs-, Vertrags-, Finanz- und weiteren Quellsystemen
 * Weiterentwicklung der SAM-Tool-Landschaft sowie Automatisierung von Prozessen im Software Asset Management
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der CMDB als zentrale Datenbasis für das Software Asset Management
 * Unterstützung bei Lizenz- und Compliance-Audits sowie Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft, Prozesse und technischen Schnittstellen
