## About the Role

* Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Data Science, Künstlicher Intelligenz, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Bereich; ein Master oder Ph.D. ist von Vorteil.
 * Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI- und Machine-Learning-Lösungen sowohl on Prem als auch in der Cloud mit.
 * Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von GenAI-Lösungen, wie RAG oder Agenten.
 * Du verfügst über nachgewiesene technische Kenntnisse in relevanten Programmiersprachen, vorzugsweise Python, und hast Erfahrung mit AI- und GenAI-Frameworks wie SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain oder ähnlichen Framework.
 * Du hast die Fähigkeit, Softwarelösungen zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln und zu erstellen, idealerweise für AI- und GenAI-Projekte, und kennst agile Softwareentwicklungsmethoden.
 * Du arbeitest unabhängig und kooperativ in internationalen Teams, hast verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und bringst effizientes Zeitmanagement sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit.
