## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Bereiche Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement, Architektur) sowie wirtschaftliches Verständnis
 * Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bauprojekten (z. B. als Projektmanager*in, Projektsteuerer*in, Bauingenieur*in, Projektingenieur*in, Architekt*in, Construction Manager*in oder vergleichbar)
 * Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office inkl. MS Project
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Geoinformationssystemsoftware wie z. B. QGIS oder ArcGIS wünschenswert
 * Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)

## Description

* Projektmanagement / Projektsteuerung von Großprojekten (z. B. Bildungs-, Funktionsbauten, Medizinische Einrichtungen)
 * Aufbau und Führung eines eigenen Teams, auch im Shared-Leadership-Modell möglich
 * Technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Bauberatung
 * Übernahme der Verantwortung für Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Planungs- und Ausführungsleistungen
 * Sicherstellung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualitäten und Ressourcen
 * Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen, Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Vertrags- und Risikomanagement terminkritischer Bauprojekte
