## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, forward deployed engineer, or solutions engineer
 * English proficiency required
 * Strong TypeScript and SQL, and comfort working across the stack when a deployment needs it
 * Experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry
 * Comfort with different deployment models, including API-based, private cloud, and on-premise
 * Comfort in front of clients: you can run a technical working session with a bank's engineers
 * A pragmatic instinct for what to build now, and what to make reusable
 * Ownership mindset: you define the solution as much as you build it, and you do not wait to be unblocked
 * Understanding of payments, disputes, or chargeback workflows is a strong plus, and genuine curiosity about them is required
