Trabajarás en un ecosistema de microservicios construido con Node.js, TypeScript y NestJS, donde la calidad técnica, la escalabilidad y la evolución continua del producto forman parte del día a día. Un entorno donde el equipo de desarrollo tiene impacto en el negocio, la digitalización del sector bancario y su evolución.

Formarás parte de un squad multidisciplinar, aunque la colaboración va mucho más allá de los equipos. Trabajarás de forma muy cercana con todo el equipo, compartiendo conocimiento, ayudando y participando activamente en las decisiones técnicas. Los squads evolucionan con las necesidades del negocio, por lo que tendrás la oportunidad de conocer diferentes áreas del producto y seguir creciendo profesionalmente., La inteligencia artificial también forma parte del día a día y usarás Claude como herramienta integrada en el proceso de desarrollo., * Diseñar, mantener y escalar APIs críticas.

 * Construir integraciones con partners externos.
 * Participar en sprints de innovación para probar ideas y mejorar el producto.
 * Colaborar a diario con CTO, frontend, BI y QA en un entorno horizontal.
