## About the Role

* Experience working in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
 * Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls
 * Experience supporting hybrid technology environments
 * Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
 * A genuine interest in Cloud and Cyber Security technologies
 * MSP experience is highly desirable

## Description

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to move beyond traditional support and gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies, client environments, and infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for handling escalated technical issues while working closely with senior engineers across a broad hybrid technology stack.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, and Cyber Security technologies, while also getting involved in infrastructure improvements, cloud projects, security initiatives, and technical deployments.
