* 5+ years deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning.
 * Workday certification in Adaptive Planning.
 * Strong understanding of workforce planning and relevant finance processes, principles and analytics.
 * Experience designing and building complex workforce planning models.
 * Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
