* PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience, ideally in compilers, programming languages or computer architecture.
 * Strong Python experience.
 * Experience with a compiled language such as C++, Rust, Julia, Haskell or OCaml.
 * Experience with compiler development and SSA.
 * Understanding of modern software development, including Git, testing, CI/CD and debugging.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable

 * LLVM or MLIR experience.
