You set high standards for delivery, create space for feedback and learning, and actively contribute to an inclusive, supportive team culture where people can do their best work. ## Description As a Manager in SAP+ Design & Innovation, you'll play a central role in helping organisations harness the power of AI agents and intelligent automation to augment and enhance their SAP transformations, guiding them from manual, fragmented processes to streamlined, AI-powered ways of working. This role gives you the platform to lead. You'll be expected to take ownership of end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions, direct and support high-performing teams, and guide clients through complex technical and organisational change. You won't just write code; you'll help clients make better decisions, embed best-practice AI architectures, and realise tangible value from the latest innovations in AI and LLM technology.
