## About the Role

* Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, particularly Excel.
 * Experience with SharePoint and document management systems.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and workflow creation.
 * Familiarity with Dropbox.
 * Basic WordPress administration experience.
 * Experience using WP Forms or similar form-building tools.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable

 * Power BI experience.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Lists.
 * Experience integrating data between business systems.
 * Understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.

## Description

* Provide day-to-day IT support, including the setup and configuration of PCs, mobile phones, WhatsApp Business, and user accounts.
 * Create and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Manage document and photo storage solutions using SharePoint and Dropbox.
 * Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including linked data and reporting models.
 * Produce management reports using data collected through Excel spreadsheets and WordPress forms.
 * Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and services.
 * Assist with WordPress and WP Forms administration.
 * Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.
 * This role may require occasional travel to our Head Office in Surrey, although this is expected to be rare
