The role focuses on ensuring migrations are delivered securely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations., * Assess existing services, applications, and supporting infrastructure to identify migration requirements, dependencies, and risks. * Design and implement migration strategies that minimise service disruption and technical risk. * Develop, test, and deploy application changes required to ensure compatibility with the CDP platform. * Refactor Legacy applications and components where necessary to improve maintainability, resilience, scalability, and performance. * Work closely with Solution Architects and Platform Engineers to ensure services align with CDP standards, architectural principles, and best practices. * Support data migration activities, maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration life cycle. * Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, migration plans, deployment processes, and operational procedures. * Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered during migration and post-migration support activities. * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to operational and support teams.
