It would be great if you had: * HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. * OEM or industry-specific pump training (e.g. Grundfos, Sulzer, Flowserve, KSB, Wilo). * Understanding of OEM standards for pumps and rotating equipment. * Vibration Analysis Certification (Level 1-3) and previous workshop or service operations management experience. * Familiarity with CMMS or job-tracking systems and Health & Safety, Environmental, or Quality training. Acting as a key link between customers, sales teams, and technical personnel, you will ensure repairs and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting business growth, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced profitability.
