Experience of deploying private clouds (on prem, internet isolated) using Linux Red Hat, OpenShift container platform, and using cloud-based automation tools; Git, Kubernetes, etc in a dev-ops environment., * Experience in cloud-based, mission and business applications and data platforms and the secure development and use of AI/ML, cyber risk assessment, mitigation, information assurance and accreditation support. * Have demonstrable understanding of automated lifecycle support and deployment of well-engineered and secure micro and cloud services. * Have demonstrable understanding of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) solutions. * Have demonstratable experience in working to principles such as Zero-Trust, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud-Native, GitOps, Secure by Design. * Have demonstratable understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server. * Have demonstratable experience with cross-domain solutions. * Have demonstrable understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. * Have a working knowledge of the following. * Directory Services, i.e., Identity * Domain Name Services (DNS) * Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) * Boundary Protection services * Network Time Protocol (NTP) * Protective, Security, and System Monitoring services * Have a comprehensive and detailed understanding of modern software defined datacentre technologies. * Strong and demonstrable knowledge of interoperability gateways and user applications such as Email, Chat, Browse, SharePoint, secure Voice, and Video Teleconferencing. * Demonstratable experience of overall responsibility to produce Communication and Information Systems across projects and programmes within Ministry of Defence. * Experience in producing high quality technical artefacts in line with the Ministry of Defence standards and policies (e.g., JSP101, JSP440, JSP604 etc). * Demonstrable experience of BiZZDesign Architect/Enterprise Studio. Due to the nature of the work, candidates are required to hold active security clearance to SC level and be a sole British national.
