## About the Role

* Strong hands-on desktop/end-user support experience in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI and mobile technologies/Intune.
 * Financial services, trading application or market-data experience desirable.
 * Strong communication and customer-service skills.
 * Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and working independently under pressure.

Must be eligible for SC Clearance

London/contract/Full Time in Office

## Description

* Provide 1st/2nd line desktop and end-user support, including VIP/C-suite users.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, mobile devices and business applications.
 * Support market-data applications, Citrix/VDI, thin clients and remote users.
 * Support collaboration and communications tools including Webex, Zoom, Slack and Cisco phones.
 * Manage incidents through to resolution and coordinate escalations.
 * Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
 * Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes, including use of AI tools.
 * Provide occasional out-of-hours support as required.
