 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking an IT Asset & Deployment Coordinator to support a large scare device project, whereby you will assist in the delivery, collection, and tracking of end-user devices.
The role will involve coordinating device logistics, maintaining accurate asset records, and providing excellent customer service to users across the business.
Key Responsibilities

 * Coordinate the delivery and return of laptops, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
 * Maintain accurate asset records using ServiceNow and Excel.
 * Track device inventory and ensure records are up to date.
 * Liaise with users via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
 * Support new starter, leaver, and device refresh activities.
 * Manage and update ServiceNow tickets through to completion.
 * Work closely with IT teams, suppliers, and couriers to ensure smooth device deployments.
