If you have a knack for service design management and a vision for what services should look like beyond their implementation, I want to hear from you. As a Service Architect, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their service solutions align with their organization's Standard Service Offerings and their customers' specific service requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you'll leverage your service management knowledge to oversee service delivery, design, and implementation, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing support beyond implementation.
