## About the Role

* You have experience within a financial services, FinTech or consultancy environment
 * You have strong Java coding skills
 * You have experience building test automation frameworks
 * You have strong UI and API testing experience
 * You have a good knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube and CI/CD
 * You're familiar with Performance and Load Testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent tools
 * You have a good understanding of DevOps practices and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
 * You're comfortable using AI enabled tools to improve engineering productivity
 * You're collaborative with great communication skills

You'll join a talented engineering team, working across modern technology platforms while embracing AI enabled engineering to improve productivity, accelerate testing and enhance software quality.

What you'll do:

 * Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
 * Develop UI and API automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
 * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
 * Create test strategies, plans and automated scripts covering functional, integration and regression testing
 * Work closely with engineers to embed a quality-first approach
 * Use AI and automation tools to improve test coverage and delivery
