## Description

* In Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du, IT-Projekte kaufmännisch zu planen, zu kalkulieren und organisatorisch zu begleiten.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Präsentationen für unsere IT-Dienstleistungen.
 * Einblicke erhältst Du in moderne IT-Themen wie Cloud Computing, IT-Security und digitale Plattformlösungen.
 * Gemeinsam mit unseren technischen Teams arbeitest Du an Lösungen rund um Cloud-Infrastrukturen und Rechenzentren mit.
 * Du lernst IT-Sicherheitslösungen wie Firewalls oder Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS) aus kaufmännischer Perspektive kennen.
 * Außerdem bekommst Du Einblicke in KI-gestützte Tools und Automatisierung, zum Beispiel durch Chatbots oder KI-Programmierassistenten.
 * Teil Deiner Ausbildung ist auch die Mitarbeit an Service-Portalen und Apps für Kund:innen.
 * Darüber hinaus erhältst Du Einblicke in Datenanalysen und datengetriebene Marketingansätze (Data-Driven Marketing).
 * Auch die Beschaffung von Hard- und Software sowie Vertrags- und Lizenzthemen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.
 * Du koordinierst Termine, stimmst Dich mit internen Teams ab und behältst Projektfortschritte im Blick.
 * Ergänzend bekommst Du Einblicke in Controlling, Rechnungsprüfung und die wirtschaftliche Steuerung von IT-Projekten.
