## About the Role

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and SCM.
 * Expert knowledge of SAP SD and SAP SCM.
 * Experience with SAP HANA and understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and ABAP.
 * ITIL certification and/or SAP certification in SD, SCM, or a related area.
 * Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience within service transition, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
 * Professional English language skills.
 * A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
 * Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and processes, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

## Description

* Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD & SCM solutions through system customizing and development activities.
 * Coordinate and steer internal and external stakeholders, including developers and consultants, within assigned projects and changes.
 * Support testing, quality assurance, deployment activities, and ensure appropriate system and process documentation.
 * Lead assigned projects and changes with responsibility for scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
 * Act as the main contact person for business users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Maintain and continuously expand expertise within the assigned SAP domain, supporting implementation of new processes and solutions.
 * Create, review, and maintain documentation and ensure proper knowledge management standards are followed.
 * Deliver knowledge transfer and training activities for IT and business users when required.
 * Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned area and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
 * Drive continuous improvements and contribute ideas that enhance existing systems, processes, and services.
 * Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents and problems within service operations.
 * Participate in on-call support activities when required.
