MissionsAssurer le support N2/N3 auprès des utilisateurs et VIP.Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et applicatifs.Installer et configurer les postes Dell, HP et quelques Mac.Administrer Microsoft 365 et Intune : packages, déploiements et dépannage.Assurer le support Office 365 et des applications métiers.Gérer les équipements des 14 salles de réunion (Logitech, HP).Gérer les téléphones, lignes et équipements IT.Sensibiliser et accompagner les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques IT et sécurité.Suivre les demandes via EasyVista (environ 10 tickets/jour).Assurer le reporting et la documentation technique.Participer à l'accueil et à l'installation des nouveaux collaborateurs ainsi qu'à la gestion du stock.EnvironnementWindows 11 Office 365 Microsoft Intune EasyVista Dell/HP Logitech
