This leader will first assess current and future design needs, define the team structure and capabilities required to meet those needs, and stand up the design program, research practices, operating model, and delivery processes necessary for reliable, high-quality execution across all solution areas. The Director leads a small multidisciplinary in-house team spanning UX, UI, Content Design, and User Research. The role is accountable for improving existing experiences and delivering minor feature enhancements through practical, evidence-based design. Its work spans highly technical and varied contexts, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform and related digital experiences, SAP, SuccessFactors, business intelligence dashboards, End User Services, manufacturing and operational systems, employee technologies, and other complex enterprise applications.
