Each day webuild on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond., * Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work. * Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively. * Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives. * Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-endsales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities. * Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams. * Support Teams Phone and ME5 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives. * Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events. * Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones. * Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders. * Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $114,500 - $165,700 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
