Cellular, Point to Point Radios) * Experience with Radio Spectrum Analyzer / Cable Analyzer * Shell Scripting on Linux * Experience with SCADA systems * Prior software integration project experience ## Description This role is for a technical specialist to support a Sensus Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) licensed radio network using base stations who can effectively perform both onsite and remote troubleshooting as well as support and resolve technical issues for a large utility while meeting specified objectives. The primary objective is to keep satisfied customers in the water utility space. Responsibilities This position will perform technical support for meters/radios/software/RF hardware (base station/collector) and on-site/phone technical support for a set of large water utilities. Assist customer with troubleshooting of meter communications to the meter reading AMI/IT infrastructure. Work with and build Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) licensed radio network using base stations and other infrastructure to collect data to support the Smart Utility initiatives that our customer has. Must ensure delivery of products and services in adherence with customer requirements. Coordinate with customers' resources to ensure project results conform to quality, time and budgetary stipulations. Maintain an appropriate relationship with customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
