Required Certification Candidates must possess one of the following approved certifications prior to onboarding: * CompTIA Security+ * EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) * GIAC GFACT * GIAC GSEC Certification must be maintained in accordance with applicable requirements. Physical/Work Requirements This is an on-site position requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional movement of IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Work may occur at multiple NAVFAC locations throughout Guam. Remote work is generally not authorized except for approved situational/emergency circumstances. Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional who is comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate records, and working directly with government users in a mission-focused environment. ## Description We are seeking an Administrative IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to NAVFAC Marianas Command Information Office (CIO3).
