The Customer Engagement Solutions team is dedicated to providing platforms for APU to interact with its customers, to improve their experience, and to accurately track that engagement. This position supports that mission in two ways: by keeping the document scanning and indexing pipeline moving at a consistently high level of quality, and by carrying the department's purchasing paperwork through the full procurement cycle so that technical staff can stay focused on service delivery. The role works under the direction of the Electronic Documents Manager. It does not carry supervisory authority, hiring responsibility, or product ownership however, the incumbent will work alongside student scanning operators and may serve as a day-to-day point of contact for routine questions, escalating anything beyond routine to the Electronic Documents Manager. This is a temporary, part-time role averaging 20-29 hours per week., * Provides excellent customer service to the IT team, the APU community, and external vendors and partners. * Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with all documents, records, and financial information handled. * Maintains clear task documentation and status tracking for all assigned work. * Communicates progress, blockers, and exceptions promptly to the Electronic Documents Manager. * Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
