 * Ability to participate in and lead technical/design reviews.

## Description

* Lead system architecture, technical design, analysis, engineering, modernization, and implementation activities.
 * Guide major application development and modernization initiatives.
 * Support cloud migration and cloud-based application/infrastructure solutions.
 * Develop and evaluate system and infrastructure architecture.
 * Perform system, network, and/or database analysis, administration, design, implementation, and testing.
 * Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Perform process analysis and recommend system and operational improvements.
 * Support architecture and design reviews.
 * Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture specifications, and technical documentation.
 * Perform technical and information-engineering analyses.
 * Provide senior-level technical support and recommend solutions to complex system issues.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential impact on ELRS.
 * Prepare technical analyses, findings, recommendations, and project-progress reports.
 * Provide technical leadership and direction to analysts, developers, and engineers.
 * Support development, modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure enhancements.
