This is an entry-level, individual contributor position ideal for recent engineering graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in test engineering, manufacturing, automation, and equipment sustainment. As a Test Sustainment Engineer , you will work under the direction of the Test Sustainment Manager and alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production test systems, support manufacturing issues, maintain equipment reliability, and implement continuous improvements. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with production test systems, test software, instrumentation, troubleshooting, data analysis, and equipment sustainment. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while progressively taking on greater ownership of factory test systems and sustainment activities. This position provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
