You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners to ensure prototypes are delivered on time, on budget, and ready for early customer deployments., * 10+ years' experience in technical program management within complex hardware, semiconductor, scientific equipment, cryogenic systems, or advanced engineering environments. * Strong understanding of scientific and/or semiconductor equipment assembly, manufacturing, and integration processes. * Experience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. * Experience with supply chain and component management, BOM structures, PLM systems, and documentation control. * Experience with NPI, production ramp, and customer support readiness. * Highly organised, structured, and able to coordinate work across multiple teams, suppliers, timelines, and dependencies. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and risk resolution in a fast-paced technical environment.
