Post-acute providers operate across fragmented systems, manual workflows, and reactive processes that create operational drag and financial uncertainty. Claim Health replaces this fragmentation with an intelligent, software-driven platform that unifies data, automates execution, and enables real-time decision-making across revenue-critical operations. The Role You'll be the person who takes a signed contract and turns it into a live, working deployment. We need someone who can carry it independently - technically sharp enough to understand how our product works under the hood and translate what a client is asking for into a precise product or configuration request, and people-smart enough to run a C-suite readout and a training session with frontline intake staff in the same day. This is a foundational hire. You'll help build the deployment function from the ground floor and set the standard for how Claim Health onboards every client going forward. You can expect to: * Lead end-to-end deployments across home health and hospice agencies - from discovery through go-live, owning the full mapping of each partner's org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration * Configure and deploy Claim Health's AI agents to match each partner's workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations * Don't just implement what you're told - bring a point of view. Identify where Claim Health can genuinely improve a process and prescribe a better way forward * Where SOPs don't exist, write them - and build the deployment playbooks and onboarding guides that scale our process beyond you * Translate customer requests into precise, well-scoped product asks that engineering can actually act on * Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff ## Related Videos - [Edit Your Future: Queerverse Radical AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/909-edit-your-future-queerverse-radical-ai) - [Python-Based Data Streaming Pipelines Within Minutes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1233-python-based-data-streaming-pipelines-within-minutes) - [Shipping Faster with Less: Render on Cloud Hosting, AI Workloads, and the Future of DevOps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1894-shipping-faster-with-less-render-on-cloud-hosting-ai-workloads-and-the-future-of-devops) - [AI is dead, long live AK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1093-ai-is-dead-long-live-ak) - [Why and when should we consider Stream Processing frameworks in our solutions](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1085-why-and-when-should-we-consider-stream-processing-frameworks-in-our-solutions) - [Enabling automated 1-click customer deployments with built-in quality and security](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/83-enabling-automated-1-click-customer-deployments-with-built-in-quality-and-security) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Promotion Interview Questions: How to Answer and Get the Job](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/413-promotion-interview-questions-how-to-answer-and-get-the-job) - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers) - [Trustworthy AI Starts at Deployment: 5 Checks Before You Ship](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/753-trustworthy-ai-starts-at-deployment-5-checks-before-you-ship) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Is Software Engineering Over-Saturated?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/418-is-software-engineering-over-saturated)
