Preferred Skills: * Experience with TECQ/TDECQ measurements, equalization, waveform processing, and receiver modeling. * Background in optical communications, high-speed SerDes, photonics, or AI infrastructure interconnect technologies. * Experience developing measurement automation tools, test platforms, or custom instrumentation workflows. * Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline. ## Description We are seeking a DSP Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines deep digital signal processing expertise with hands-on hardware design experience to advance Lumilens' measurement capabilities for ultra-high-speed serial data systems supporting AI infrastructure applications. The successful candidate will help improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of advanced measurements and related algorithms, including work aligned with IEEE 802.3 where Lumilens has strategic interest.
