We're building a 10x version of Flock from the ground up, redefining how mom-and-pops invest in real estate. This is a generalist role by design, with autonomy over what you build. You'll work across the entire stack and customer journey - frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI - picking up whatever a project needs rather than owning a single layer. Most of our work is growth engineering: driving quality leads and building the tools, automations, and AI-powered products that compound our funnel. You'll ship fast, measure everything, and make choices based on data (not roadmaps handed down from above). What You'll Do: * Build across the stack: Design, ship, and iterate on the platforms and tools that power Flock's Exchange and Fund - from acquisition to fund operations to the investor experience. * Own features end-to-end: Take features from MVP to production, working directly with Design and Ops to iterate and move fast. * Shape the roadmap: Influence major product and engineering decisions. This is a small team where your input materially changes what gets built. * Build for the whole company: Develop tools that make Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management faster and sharper, not just customer-facing features. * Set the engineering bar: Help establish the processes, code standards, and culture that let engineering scale as Flock grows. * Empower the team: Everyone at Flock has the power to build - non-engineers included. You'll build the tooling that makes this possible through developing AI infrastructure that brings everyone's ideas to life. ## Related Videos - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
