## About the Role

Skills: 1) Workday Time Tracking, 2) Workday Absence Management, 3) a Current Workday Certification in either of these (or both) mandatory., * Certification: Active Workday Time Tracking and Absence certification.

 * Experience: Proven experience implementing or managing Workday Time and Absence modules (2+ years for Consultants, 4-6+ years for Leads/Managers).
 * Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of global time tracking, overtime rules,, and absence/accrual calculations.
 * Communication: Strong consulting skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide guidance.
 * Education: Any Degree, Graduation Preferred.

## Description

* System Configuration & Design: Configure Workday Time Tracking (e.g., time entry, clocks) and Absence Management (e.g., accruals, plans, leave types) to meet client needs.
 * Implementation & Project Support: Lead or support full-lifecycle implementations, creating workplans, managing project scope, risks, and budgets.
 * Requirement Gathering & Prototyping: Work with clients to define requirements and demonstrate design options through prototyping.
 * Testing & Data Conversion: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and convert legacy data into Workday.
 * Support & Maintenance: Resolve day-to-day functional issues, manage year-end processes, and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
 * Subject Matter Expertise: Advise clients on industry-leading practices for time and leave management.
