## About the Role

As a Senior DBA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production systems for various products. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of overall DB administration experience, with at least 3 years of specialized expertise in PostgreSQL database management.

Main Duties:

 * Administering Postgresql DB in production
 * Configuring DB monitoring and maintenance procedures
 * Keeping DevOps scripts up-to-date
 * Fluent English proficiency
 * Performance Tuning
 * Configuring and scheduling data purging procedures
 * Troubleshooting in production and lower environments
 * Establishing Guidelines and Best Practices for adoption by Applications Engineering

Additional Requirements:

 * Familiarity with public cloud architectures and operations
 * Specific experience with Microsoft Azure and its PostgreSQL managed service, Flexible Server
