## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Speziell im Bereich Client- und Endpoint-Management suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams einen erfahrenen Endpoint Management Specialist. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Administration und Betreuung der Endgeräte sowie der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der entsprechenden Prozesse und Lösungen, insbesondere im Matrix42-Umfeld.

Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Client- und Endpoint-Management-Umgebung mit Fokus auf Matrix42 Empirum
 * Planung, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Windows Clients, Softwarepaketen und Updates
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Softwarepaketen, Betriebssystem-Images und Deployment-Prozessen
 * Steuerung und Überwachung von Softwareverteilungen und automatisierten Rollouts
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client- und Endpoint-Umfeld sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Client-Prozessen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von ITSM- und Endpoint-Management-Prozessen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service Desk, Infrastruktur, Security und weiteren IT-Fachteams
