## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung sämtlicher Lizenz- und Dienstleistungsverträge für Fachanwendungen sowie Cloud- und SaaS-Lösungen
 * Prüfung und Verhandlung von Softwareverträgen mit Anbietern
 * Durchführung von Nachverhandlungen bei Preis- oder Versionsänderungen
 * Sicherstellung der Lizenz-Compliance in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und der Rechtsabteilung
 * Aufbau und kontinuierliche Pflege einer zentralen Lizenzdatenbank zur Überwachung von Laufzeiten und Nutzungsgraden
 * Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Risikobewertungen sowie aktive Begleitung von Lizenzaudits
 * Entwicklung nachhaltiger Strategien zur Optimierung von Lizenzkosten und der allgemeinen Verfügbarkeit
