## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
 * An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

 * Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments

Tasks

 * Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
 * Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
 * Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
 * Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
 * Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team
