* Ausbildung: Universitätsabschluss in einer passenden Naturwissenschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaft, z. B. Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
 * Berufserfahrung: langjährige Erfahrung in KI-/Automationsarchitekturen und Plattformaufbau, davon mehrere Jahre mit Fokus auf LLMs/Generative AI sowie Einführung von Agent-Orchestrierung (inkl. Tool-Integration und Workflow-Automation)
 * Erfahrung: nachweisbare Expertise in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Agentic-AI-Lösungen, idealerweise in on-prem oder hybriden Umgebungen in Industrieunternehmen
 * Compliance: fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IP-Anforderungen, Datenschutz und Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Zusammenhang mit KI- und Automations-Technologien
 * Fachwissen: breites Know-how in Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI) und Agentic-AI Frameworks und Patterns, Orchestration und Knowledge Graphs
 * Technische Fähigkeiten: tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Python und C#/.NET, sowie in relevanten Frameworks/Tools für Agentic-Orchestrierung und Workflows (z. B. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, CrewAI, Temporal, Airflow); Guardrails und Observability

* Lead Expert Agentic AI & Automation: Strategische Verankerung von Agentic AI und Automations-Technologien; Aufbau zentraler, innovativer Systeme und Komponenten
 * Architektur & Plattform: Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren, modularen Architektur für neue und bestehende Agentic-AI-Anwendungen; Auswahl Komponenten, Definition Schnittstellen; Integration, Observability, Governance und Wartbarkeit im Gesamtsystem; Schwerpunkt on-prem und hybride Umgebungen; Integration von Azure Services in Zusammenarbeit mit ZEISS Digital Partners
 * Agent-Orchestrierung & Guardrails: Einführung von Agent-Orchestrierung, Workflow-Automation und etablierten Guardrails über den gesamten Lifecycle
 * Synergien nutzen: Bündelung bzw. Konsolidierung bestehender Initiativen zur Förderung des unternehmensweiten Austauschs, Potenziale heben und Doppelstrukturen vermeiden
 * Enablement & Beratung: Unterstützung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden bei der Entwicklung neuer Agentic-AI-Lösungen - von Ideen bis zur sicheren Umsetzung
 * Community Building: Aufbau, Pflege und Moderation einer internen Agentic-AI-Community für Wissensaustausch und offenen Innovationsdialog
 * Technische Entwicklung & Integration: Begleitung und Integration von Pilotprojekten mit Skalierungspotenzial - on-prem und hybrid - unter Berücksichtigung Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Datenschutz und IP-Anforderungen
