You might also have: * Built or evolved a design system * Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming, voice) * Familiarity with LLM-powered features or AI-driven applications * Experience scaling distributed systems or high-throughput applications, * Engineers who think like product owners * Clear communicators * Curiosity about AI-native workflows * A bias toward action and iteration ## Description This is a greenfield moment for Take2. As we scale from thousands to millions of candidate interactions, we're expanding workflows, evolving our UI systems, and building new AI-powered capabilities for our customers., * Design and ship new product workflows end-to-end (DB * API * UI) * Build rich, responsive interfaces used across enterprise teams * Help evolve and scale our design system * Improve performance and reliability as we scale from thousands to millions of interactions * Partner closely with product and design to turn ambiguous ideas into elegant shipped solutions * Shape engineering standards, patterns, and technical direction as an early key team member ## Related Videos - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
