Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Preferred): * AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (Professional). * Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and security controls. * Experience with multi-cloud deployments (Google Cloud Platform). * Scripting/Programming proficiency in Python, Bash, or Perl. * Experience with AI/ML workflow pipelines, vector data indexing, or deploying AI model workloads in containerized environments (Kubernetes/EKS). ## Description The Principal Cloud & AIOps Engineer drives the overall technical architecture, automation, and operational resilience of North's multi-cloud infrastructure. This role leverages artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced cloud native tools to build self-healing, highly scalable systems.
