The responsibilities include gathering user requirements, bridge communication between user and software engineer, functional spec documentation, data issue analysis and development task management. The people who have the basic concept of software development life cycle (SDLC), experienced in Mongo DB SQL, and ability to translate user requirement to system functional spec will be our ideal candidate. Meanwhile, we also need this role to help new products to production/mass production while balancing schedule and budget, without sacrificing quality (we aim to deliver NPI quickly but still meet all quality specifications and expectations) Ultimately, the role is to determine the operational objectives of system functions by analyzing requirements and cooperating with software engineers to build up the software system which can work with ZT's business model.
