Education and Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * A+ Certification (preferred). * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent. * Familiarity with ITIL practices (preferred). The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance, or be willing to relocate. ## Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing fintech organization in Manhattan, NY. This role involves managing and supporting a diverse range of systems, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. As part of our collaborative team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects, helping us maintain our competitive edge.
