## About the Role

Must-Have

 * Software engineering background. You've written production code and understand modern development workflows, CI/CD, and the SDLC deeply
 * Exceptional communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives, adapting your message to the audience
 * Self-motivated, comfortable in ambiguity, and wired for speed. Willing to build processes from scratch and do what's needed
 * Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, * Experience selling developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or infrastructure software
 * Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C) where you built the solutions engineering function
 * Background as a founder, early operator, or first technical hire

## Description

* Build pipeline: do whatever it takes across systems, sales and marketing to build pipeline.
 * Partner closely with founders, engineers, and product to automate as much of the sales and onboarding process as possible.
 * Create technical enablement assets: Build demos, reference architectures, integration guides, and technical documentation that accelerate sales cycles
 * Help refine outbound, pricing, expansion, and playbooks. We're inventing them as we go
 * Be flexible: some days you'll be hunting new logos, others you'll be designing a new internal system
