## About the Role

Required:

 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.
 * Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.
 * Strong leadership and project management skills.
 * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience with system integrations and data management.
 * US citizenship is required for this role.

Desired:

 * Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
 * Experience with Eightfold Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
 * Advanced knowledge of Workday security and compliance features.

## Description

* Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
 * Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
 * Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
 * Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
 * Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
 * Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
 * Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.
