Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of identity and authentication protocols including SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and 802.1x. * Experience with modern endpoint security tools, zero-trust security models, and certificate-based authentication technologies. * Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networking, and connectivity troubleshooting. * Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. * Familiarity supporting conference room technology, audiovisual systems, and collaboration hardware. * Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other compliance-driven environments. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support users of varying technical backgrounds., All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States. In this role, you will support and enhance the employee technology experience across a growing, fast-paced organization. This role will be responsible for endpoint management, identity and access administration, security policy enforcement, SaaS platform support, and end-user technical assistance.
