In this role, you will bridge the gap between software development and systems operations. You won't just be waiting for tickets; you will actively dive into existing C#/.NET codebases to diagnose failures, manage and tune IIS web server environments, and write robust automation scripts to eliminate repetitive manual tasks., Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Own L2/L3 technical support for high-availability .NET applications, APIs, and Windows Services.
